My blog is literally just a few days older than yours and a few days ago I posted my one month stats. In 30 days I got around half the traffic that you did, but double the RSS subscribers. It would be worth analysing your traffic to see where it has come from and seeing if you can do more to convert first time visitors into subscribers. You already have a huge button which is great, but perhaps try adding something at the end of your posts which says something along the lines of "if you liked this post, please consider subscribing". There's another plugin that allows you to put an extra block on your blog for first time visitors but I haven't implemented that yet. I think it's called "What Would Seth Godin Do"? or something like that... Those are really interesting stats. I also think that it is good to write your first 10 posts before you publish your first. That way you can make sure that you have enough to get you through your first 2 weeks.
